Local partner role
Provide the agreed capital and complete assigned cleaning, inspection, replenishment, and local operating tasks, subject to training and service standards.
BeanbotiX role
Provide its agreed capital contribution and develop the brand, equipment system, supply arrangements, technology, and central operating support.
Profit distribution
Distributable profit is split equally after agreed costs, impact allocations, taxes, debt obligations, and required liquidity. Location demand and actual operating costs determine results.
