Chief Financial Officer

Fund the vision. Build financial discipline.

Lead fundraising and financial strategy, working with the founder to turn the business plan into a clear, credible capital and operating roadmap.

What you’ll lead

  • Develop the fundraising strategy, investor pipeline, financial model, and investor materials.
  • Lead investor conversations and coordinate due diligence with the founder and professional advisers.
  • Own budgets, cash-flow planning, unit economics, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Build financial controls and coordinate accounting, tax, and governance support.

What you bring

You bring experience in startup or growth-company finance, fundraising execution, and financial modeling. You can explain the numbers clearly and build practical systems from the ground up.

Your initial focus

A clear capital plan, investor-ready financial information, and a reliable view of cash and location economics.

Chief Operating Officer

Turn the vision into a reliable operating network.

Lead the implementation of BeanbotiX at scale, connecting manufacturing, deployment, service, and day-to-day operations.

What you’ll lead

  • Translate the business strategy into a phased operating and deployment plan.
  • Coordinate machine production, quality assurance, logistics, installation, and commissioning.
  • Build service, cleaning, replenishment, maintenance, and partner-training processes.
  • Define performance measures for uptime, drink quality, operating costs, and customer experience.

What you bring

You bring hands-on experience in multi-site operations, hardware deployment, food service, retail, or a similarly operational business. You can build teams and processes while solving practical problems.

Your initial focus

A repeatable deployment playbook, clear operating responsibilities, and a service model that can support expansion.

Chief Partner Officer

Build the relationships that grow the network.

Lead the recruitment and development of local operating partners and location hosts, from first conversation through onboarding.

What you’ll lead

  • Build a qualified pipeline of local co-owners, location hosts, and strategic partners.
  • Explain the partnership model, assess partner fit, and coordinate commercial discussions.
  • Work with operations on site evaluation, onboarding, training, and launch readiness.
  • Develop partner communications, relationship management, and a consistent recruitment process.

What you bring

You bring business development, partnership sales, network expansion, or franchise-development experience. You build trust, qualify opportunities carefully, and follow through from introduction to launch.

Your initial focus

A focused partner pipeline, a clear qualification process, and strong relationships ready for operational handover.
